With two decades of experience in college-level instruction, communication, mediation, and conflict resolution, her work focuses on leadership development, organizational strategy, and helping small businesses build high-capacity teams.
A licensed Registered Professional Land Surveyor and the CEO of Waymaker Land Advisors & Surveyors, Cody brings deep expertise in land advisory and survey services across the Texas Hill Country.
Kendra serves as Executive Vice President at Hill Country Titles, bringing extensive knowledge of real estate title services and transactional expertise specific to development in the region.
Shelby is the founder of C3 Development Services and a recognized expert in Hill Country development policy. Her presentation, Evolution of Development in the Texas Hill Country, will explore the past, present, and future of development policy and process.
